Three Days Grace Brings Their Alienation Tour To Excited Music Lovers In Raleigh, NC.

By Fallon O'Neill

On March 17, 2026, Three Days Grace performed at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, NC, with special guests, I Prevail, on their Alienation Tour! The event was so organized which made the experience so much better, and all the employees made us feel at home. Seeing all generations at this event showed that Three Days Grace made emotional connections with their fans through their music.

I Prevail

I Prevail was up, and the last time I saw them was at Summer Of Loud in Charlotte, NC, at the PNC, and I was so prepared for the pyro this time around. The stage production for the band was simple, which allowed attendees to enjoy the performance instead of being highly distracted. The second the pyro started, I swore that made the attendees more chaotic and increased the aggression, which the band fed into. The set was controlled chaos, and with every breakdown, there was tension that was released from attendees that burst out into screams. Intense is the word that can describe their set completely.

Three Days Grace

It was time for Three Days Grace, and I felt like I was going to combust with excitement like the attendees behind me at the barricade. Growing up as a young child, I was always listening to this band with my mother, so being able to finally see them live with Adam back in the band as a photographer, it honestly felt like a cathartic moment. The second both vocalists appeared on stage, it was like a pinball machine in a way because each of them never stayed in one spot at all. Three Days Grace opened up with “Dominate,” and I never personally listened to this song before, but the atmospheric tone of the first song really set the tone for the rest of the night. Next was “Animal I Become,” and this is when I started to sing along to every lyric because this is the song I used to listen to constantly when I was younger.

The aggressiveness of the song made the crowd go absolutely feral, almost like an emotional release everyone needed at that moment. Those several minutes had such a nostalgic feeling that felt like a tidal wave, and between Adam and Matt, both providing vocals, it amplified the performance. The stage production, in my opinion, was not overpowering or overwhelming at all, and it allowed me to be able to focus on all the musicians on stage. The past and present are what you saw during this performance because you have the duo who represent different aspects of the band, and why the band is still top-tier. “Time of Dying” and “I Hate Everything About You” were the songs I was most excited for because it truly holds such an emotional weight to my generation, and it felt like I stepped into a moment of vulnerability while singing along.
